MEDIATION: A voluntary, non-binding confidential process in which the mediator helps the parties to facilitate a resolution of their case.
ARBITRATION: A hearing in which the parties testify and present evidence and the arbitrator will issue a binding written decision. High/Low Arbitrations are available if the parties confidentially agree in writing as to the parameters.
